Cap Malheureux is a small fishing village located in the north of Mauritius, it offers breathtaking views of some small islands along the coast.
Cap Malheureux is a place of great historical importance for Mauritius. The main attraction of the village is the red-roofed church which is located on the north coast, facing the lagoon, which has made the village of Cap Malheureux a very popular tourist destination.
This church was built in memory of the shipwrecked people that took place there in the past when ships would stop for bad weather and break into pieces.
Grand Bay is a coastal village located in the North of Mauritius. It offers a wide choice of fashion boutiques, craft market, luxury hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Grand Bay owes its popularity thanks to the enchanting quality of its emerald waters and day and night entertainment. In the heart of Grand Baie, there is the “Grand Baie Bazaar”.
There you can find a variety of stalls, offering different types of products, mainly the typical souvenirs. Not too far, you will also find the very famous Grand Baie La Croisette.

Mont Choisy beach is located in the north of Mauritius. The beach is characterized by its gentle arc which shows the waters curving as they hit the shore.
Like all other beaches in Mauritius, this beach is also known by its turquoise waters, white sand and rich marine life which is full of corals.
The beach is safe for travelers and it is also equipped with a restaurant and other water attractions.
Maheswarnath Temple is the first and largest Hindu temple built in Mauritius.
It is located at the northern end of the village of Triolet. The construction of the temple, the main temple of the complex, began in 1891, then the smaller buildings were added later.
All the buildings are richly decorated with brilliantly painted carvings and colorful god statues making it even more attractive
The “Château de Labourdonnais” is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mauritius. It is a family home that has hosted over three generations of the Wiehe family.
The mansion is very interesting and beautifully restored. This place is a great place to spend a few hours. You will be able to capture some great photos and admire the furniture and objects from the 1800s.
After seeing the castle, visitors can walk through the gardens. In addition to endemic plants, the orchards are home to fifty varieties of mango trees a hundred years old, as well as several exotic fruit trees.
Additionally, there are fruits such as papayas, mangoes, guavas or passion fruit that are used in the manufacture of Labourdonnais’ range of products, without the use of artificial colors or flavours. These can be experienced at the castle shop and in a tasting bar.
